Warranty
Warranty information is located on the item's description page. If you have any trouble with your LEDs within the stated warranty period, please contact us for a replacement or troubleshooting help.
For warranty claims we will need a brief description of the issue, your order ID number, full name and mailing address. Use the Contact Us link to submit your information. To find your order ID number, check your email for the order receipt.
In certain cases we may ask for photos of the item being warrantied. Most items will be required to be return before a replacement is provided.
